Device Data: OS type, device identifier, mobile-browser information (automatic collection). Cookies & Similar Tech: Cookie ID, advertising identifier (automatic collection). Approximate Location: Country, time zone, etc. (inferred from IP). Customer Data: Text or files that you input or upload (user input). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years old.

7. Retention and Deletion
Account Data: retained while your account is active; anonymized or deleted within 90 days after account deletion. Log Data: retained for 12 months from collection, then deleted with only aggregated statistics preserved. Customer Data: deleted by the user or automatically 90 days after account deletion.
8. Your Rights
You may exercise the following rights regarding your personal information: Right of access; Right to rectification, addition, or deletion; Right to suspend use, erase, or stop third-party disclosure. Please contact us as set forth in Section 12. We will verify your identity and respond in accordance with applicable law.

We employ reasonable safeguards, including TLS encryption, access controls, backups, and staff training, to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or damage. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
10. Requesting Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and related data by emailing support@komachi.ai. We will complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your request and will notify you by email when finished.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy as needed. Significant changes will be announced on the Site or via email, and will become effective 30 days after posting or notification unless otherwise specified.
